psychomotorische therapie

Ich habe etwas gelesen über psychomotorische Gruppen, allerdings nur für Kinder.
Da wird ja das Zusammenspiel zwischen Motorik und Konzentration geschult

Gibt es so was wohl auch für erwachsene wo die Konzentration geschult wird.
