Trileptal und Keppra

Hallo

Meine Freundin hat bisher Trileptal und Lamictal als Kombi bekommen.Da das Lamictal einige Nebenwirkungen aufzeigt soll das Lamictal gegen Keppra ausgetauscht werden.Hat jemand von Euch Erfahrungen mit der Kombi Trileptal und Keppra???
