hi! ich nehme keppra zzt in monotherapie ( 6000mg) und hae bis auf appettitlosigkeit keine nebenwirkung. da meine anfälle aber noch nicht ganz weg sind wird noch weiter aufdosiert ;) also 4000mg in monotherapie ist eine normale dosis. lg, gitta
