ja ich meine den Blutzuckerspiegel.
Der wird in der Regel am Finger getestet....nur der Langzeittest über den Blutspiegel...das wird in der Regel alles nur gemacht wenn nötig.
Du kannst auch selber probieren wenn es dir so mies geht was süsses essen und sehen ob es hilft.
Weist du den was bei deinem Blut alle drei Monate getestet wird?
